Você tentou instalar o GDevelop e a instalação paro no meio?
NÓS TEMOS A SOLUÇÃO
1-Primeiro você precisa do 7zip
2-Se tentar abrir o .exe com Winrar, não vai conseguir. Ou renomear de .rar ou .zip não é a forma oficial de colocar o arquivo totalmente organizado no seu lugar e pode ser que as vezes quebre ou pare de funcionar ou é burrice mesmo.
3-Depois de abrir o arquivo .exe com 7zip execute direto o desisntalador ou extraia o desinstalador e abra.
4-Desintala o GDevelop 5 deve ser alguma versão do GDevelop 5 beta anterior.

1-First you need 7zip
