Wiki page: How to handle complex logic (FSM)

Section: In the “Getting Started” section
In the events of your main scene create a new event group from the drop-down menu on the right-hand side. Name it “Player logic”. Now add a “At the beginning of the scene” condition. Add a sub-event to the condition and link in the external event sheet “playerstateinit” via the “add”/”other” button .

Problem:
This could use a screenshot or more specific instructions. I can’t figure out how to “link in the external event.” Searching for “include” or the name of the state I created doesn’t bring anything up.

Your problem is more not knowing the basics of GDevelop than with the tutorial. Try at least one tutorial and reading the rest of the docs when you have doubts :wink:
