Fix "Error while checking update"

Hello, recently while trying to update GDevelop I saw this message “ERROR WHILE CHECKING UPDATE” When I checked on discord, they said that it is normal if there are no newer versions. I suggest we could change it to “GDevelop is up-to-date” or another appropriate message as the current one is misleading.

I recently created an error about this: here. If I’m not mistaken, it says that the new version is ready, but not available for download. Those. the system knows that the new version has been released, but the environment itself cannot be downloaded yet (closed by the developers).

Yeah, I do get the logic there. But all I suggest is that the Devs create another simple message which conveys the same over there. Like “Up to Date” or something like that.
