Error:there was a problem while parsing the package

Hello. I have an issue. When I build the game using apk and try to test it on mobile I get the Error:there was a problem while parsing the package. The build log shows no error and says build log is succesful. The last time I build the same game was june last year and it was working perfectly now for some reason it does not.My Android version is 4.4. Could anyone provide some insight on this.

I think its the problem with your device

Ok. I will try another device. Does the latest version of g develop not support android 4?

No, it does not. Requirement of the google play store.
