seems a server problem, maybe special characters in your path?

403 in this case mean you cannot send source file on GDevelop server for compile it.
Maybe you need run GDevelop as admin with Windows, or your you are on a public network with a few forbidden access ?
The firewall deny GDevelop ?
Or server wasn’t available this day in particular.
Have you retry ?
@bouh I have just retried and I have successfully got the compiled files.
I don’t know what the problem was, maybe the server was not available for that day.
