im new here, heard good things about Gdevelop

anybody recommend where to get started?
also is it true that gdevelop supports javascript?

just a quick one, will i be able to make a game that i could have an object move from screen to screen? like a helicopter flying, but instead of the background scrolling the player can fly to the right of the screen then appear on the left of the screen with a new scene…do you know what i mean?

Yes. Look at the infinite runner demo. For your case it will be moving the player from right to left instead of the platforms.
