Key to Nowhere - App published!

#1

Well, I’ve finished the game menus, and now I am working on the game level design.

It’s a project to try indiegogo… it is a turn based strategy.
The menu is ready:

This menu would be not possible without the help of:
-Lizard-13
-Victor
-Darkhog

  • 4ian
    … and all forum members.

Thank you, though I don’t remember what I helped you with . And the menu looks awesome.

Please credit GDevelop in the game (it isn’t needed by any means, but will help spread the word about it - and if your game turns out to be next indie hit, it’ll bring many users to GD, isn’t it what we all want?)

#3

Yes, maybe you did not helped me directly, but I’ve used one or more of your solutions.

Ok. GDevelop is already credited in the intro(fade in and fade out ) logos. The idea is to publish as an indie game, Be sure. I am almost finishing a “playable” scene. The final art and sprites are hard work.

#4

Looks good! What kind of game are you making?

#5

I think it’s point&click, though I’m not sure. Art is stellar though.

#6

Sorry for the late response. Working, and working…

Well, yes… it’s a strategy-puzzle (point and click)game. For now, I am preparing a “minigame”, with only one chapter to try an indie crowdfunding. If it goes on… following the screenplay, we have more six chapters.

  • Menu, ok.
  • Character sprites, ok.
  • Logic, mechanics, gameplay, ok.
  • objects, props… working.

#7

Some making of images… There are five rooms in the first chapter, the first and second ones are done!

This is the level design test: It’s working fine! No bugs up to now.

  • Now I need to create the other 4 rooms conecting to global variables. Easy job, but lot of work.
  • Save and Load working fine too!

A video test: First room actions and character move to another room.
