Dynamic camera movement


Hey everyone,

I want to make my platformer game feel more dynamic.
A big part of that is the camera movement.
So my question is:
How can I make my camera move with a delay, not going up that much when you jump, and move forwards when you go fast?
I know it is a long question, but is there a simple solution for something like this?
(if you want to know what I mean, look at some Sonic Mania gameplay videos)
