Hi I am working on a game similar to Professor Layton in terms of style but unfortunatey my graphics designs skills aren’t great,
I found a great free tool for creating avatars to use as character and it’s called a avachara but I’m wondering are there any free tools out there for creating background images in a similar anime style? Something drag and drop would be great but I am having trouble locating anything.
